    Thanks for this very interesting link. One of my favorite lines: “Editors tend to forget how precarious their position is, and that it is their position — not they — that is exalted.”

    I like that too! It can be hard sometimes to separate your work from yourself but vital nonetheless. But even with the best intentions I know that we all fail occassionally.
